17 June Wisdom of FathersFather's Day is the Third Sunday in June . The United States is one of the few countries in the world that has an official day on which fathers are honored by their children. On the third Sunday in June, fathers all across the United States are given presents, treated to dinner or otherwise made to feel special. The origin of Father's Day is not clear. Some say that it began with a church service in West Virginia in 1908. Others say the first Father's Day ceremony was held in Vancouver, Washington.
Regardless of when the first true Father's Day occurred, I just want to say:

Past history revealed that this patient had some gynecological operation in 1987. In 1988 she was discharged from the hospital with the diagnosis of hepatomegaly and chronic congestive heart failure due to arteriosclerotic hypertensive cardiovascular disease. She has been taking medication for glaucoma. P.E: The patient on admission was cooperative, alert. The neck veins were flat. LUNG: The chest showed few rales bilaterally. HEART: There was ejection systolic murmur audible at the apex and radiating to the axilla. ABDOMEN: Liver was palpable 2 fingerbreadths below the costal margin. There was some tenderness in the right hypochondrium.
